City Council appoints Deborah Bunn as Norfolk Real Estate Assessor

The Norfolk City Council has appointed Deborah Bunn as City Real Estate Assessor. Bunn served in the City Assessor’s office for 17 years before leaving to become first the deputy, and then the City Assessor in Suffolk – a position she held for seven years.

Arlington Real Estate Assessments Up 5.3 Percent

Commercial growth continues; residential values dip slightly
ARLINGTON, Va. – January 15, 2008 - Arlington’s 2008 real estate assessments show an overall increase in value of 5.3 percent. This increase reflects a 12.3 percent increase in commercial property value and a slight dip in average assessments for single-family homes and condominiums.
