Affordable Dwelling Units Available at Adult Retirement Community
The Loudoun County Affordable Dwelling Unit (ADU) Program is accepting applications for 22 units available for adults age 55 and over at Potomac Green, an adult retirement planned community in Ashburn.

Applicants must be first-time homebuyers, not had an ownership interest in a home in the last three years or be displaced homemakers (i.e. widowed or divorced). The primary and/or secondary applicant must be over 55 years old with no dependents under the age of 19. Credit eligibility and income limits between 30 and 70% of the Area Median Income apply.
The available homes are two-levels with various floor plans to choose from. The homes also include a garage. The community includes recreational amenities and has easy access to shopping, restaurants, health care and other services.
