Lerner Enterprises, Washington D.C.’s largest private real estate developer, announces the start of construction for The Falls at Flint Hill, a 246-unit luxury apartment community in the Oakton area of Fairfax, Virginia. The Falls at Flint Hill is located minutes from Route 123 (Chain Bridge Road) and I-66 and is an easy drive to the Vienna Metro, Tysons Corner and Fair Oaks.

The Falls at Flint Hill, located at 10520 Rosehaven Street, in Oakton, Virginia, is set amid the lush, manicured grounds of Flint Hill.
