Governor Kaine Announces $9 Million in Grants for Virginia’s Homeless Service Providers

RICHMOND – Governor Timothy M. Kaine today announced the award of $9 million in grants for 122 homeless shelters across the Commonwealth. The grants, administered by the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD), will be used to provide operating and program support.
