Personal Property Notices Sent; Residents Urged to Verify Information Online

Wertz, Jr., Loudoun’s Commissioner of the Revenue, has mailed notification of 2011 personal property filing requirements to all personal property owners currently on the tax rolls, for a total of 160,000 notices. 2011 marks the second year that property owners are being instructed to perform the annual vehicle reporting process online. The online process replaces the need to complete and return by mail a form for each automobile, truck, motorcycle, camper, trailer, boat, motorhome, aircraft, or mobile home that you own.
