The Loudoun County Department of Family Services, in collaboration with the Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services (MR/MR/SAS) and Volunteers of America, has re-opened the Homeless Drop-In Center on old Sycolin Road in Leesburg previously operated by The Good Shepherd Alliance.
