Neighborhood Stabilization Program Offers Property for Sale

January 6, 2011 - (RealEstateRama) -- Loudoun County received a $2 million grant to purchase foreclosed properties in designated areas of Sugarland Run and Sterling Park. The county renovated the properties to sell to owner occupants who meet the NSP guidelines and are at or below 120% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Personal Property Notices Sent; Residents Urged to Verify Information Online
